LEE Phone: 979/776-9606 Fax No: 979/7749091 HAND DELIVERED As we discussed, we are in the process of converting the A & W Restaurant located in the presently existing Tigerland Express at the intersection of Wellborn Road and Rock Prairie Road in College Station to a Sonic Drive-In Restaurant. In connection with this, we are seeking approval from the City of College Station to convert the presently existing six parking stalls which face Rock Prairie Road to seven stalls with a canopy. Attached please fmd our Site Plan Application and $100.00 application fee, along with ten copies of each of the following: 1. Site Sketch for the stalls and canopy for the Sonic Drive-In 2. Photograph of an example of the seven stalls with canopy 3. You will be allowed to place the cones on your site as long as they are not located in an access easement or in the designated fire lanes.
