(1-500105) Applicant: DEBROW, AL Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval as submitted. Item Summary: This Final Plat is for 8, 1-acre lots in the City's ETJ. The subdivision is located on Green's Prairie Road West. The lots will take water from Wellborn SUD and sewer by individual OSSF. The Final Plat does conform to the Approved Preliminary Plat. Comprehensive Plan Considerations: Thoroughfare Plan: Green's Prairie Road is shown on the City's Thoroughfare Plan as a Minor Collector. The subdivision provides sufficient ROW for this upgrade.
