SUBJECT: KTH COMMERCIAL ADDITION (MDP) - MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information by tomorrow, Wednesday, June 27, 4:00 p.m. to be
scheduled for the next Planning & Zoning Commission meeting set for July 5, 2001, 7:00 p.m.
in the City Hall Council Chambers:
Ten (10) revised Preliminary Plats.
Letter requesting variance from the Subdivision Regulations
If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a
letter explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please

Re: K.T.H. Commercial Addition, Master Development Plan
To Whom It May Concern;
As representatives of our client, Oscar Parulian, for the above referenced plan, we are
requesting a variance from the Subdivision Regulations for Master Development Plans to have all
owners of the parent tract participate in this process. The tract to the southeast currently owned
by K.S. Moss Capital Corp. is a portion of the parent tract for the K.T.H. Commercial Addition,
but the owners have declined to participate in the Master Development Plan.
Our client, Oscar Parulian, made contact with the owners of this tract on two separate
occasions at the end of May, 2001, to attempt to gain their cooperation in the Master
Development Plan with no success in gaining their consent to participate.
We respectfully request your approval of this variance for the above stated reason.
