1. Developer responsible for the installation of electric conduit per City specs
e and requirements.
2. Developer responsible for the installation of street lighting per City specs and
~sr~{-tom requirements.
3. Additional easements may be necessary between lots to provide electric
service to properties.
4. 5 ft easements will be necessary where street fights services run between
lots per city design.
