Do you know if they would they be eligible? If so, I'd like to include it on the preliminary plat application. Mr. Wolters is interested in trading the 2 acres the City wants to extend the plant for the 7 acres Mr. Swoboda would have left. If the City is interested in a buffer, we may be able to work out a satisfactory trade. Due to Mr. Swoboda's health, he is considering selling Phase 11 to another builder/developer. Even if he does that, we are interested in trying to help the City get its land for the bike path. We are also interested in the possibility of selling the green way to Highway 6 under the greenways plan. I do not know where to start, as there are many different City departments that need to be involved.
