Dear Sir:
POLICE E)EPARTMENT
I take pleasure in writing this letter concerning Graham Central Station and its commitment to
responsible management and public safety. I hope this will put to rest some of the concerns you may
have.
The regular engagements of our off-duty officers significantly help by providing a safe and monitored
facility and parking area so that adults of the community may enjoy themselves in a secure and
comfortable environment. The management hires enough off -duty officers so that it does not have
the problems that other establishments have. The officers handle all calls for service, therefore not
creating a burden on the shift personnel.
There are several programs to insure customers' safety. Two programs have been very successful.
One is the "Designated Driver" program The designated driver is issued a bright green sticker that
entitles them to complimentary non - alcoholic beverages during their visit. Another program is to
insure a person who may be intoxicated a safe ride home by offering a taxi ride home. There are floor
personnel who work throughout the establishment to prevent abuse by customers, and will request
a customer to leave. This has vastly deterred potential problems. They also escort females to and
from their vehicles. I am hoping that these programs serve as a model for other such related
businesses.
Our off -duty offices are treated with respect and dignity and enjoy their relationship with the Graham
Central Station Management Team If I can be of any assistance, feel free to contact me. Thank you.
Sincerely,

This is to advise that I have met Mr. Joe Hackler on several
occasions and I am aware of his entertainment venue "The Rockin Rodeo"
located in Bossier City, LA.
It is my understanding that this complex is owned by Keith Lawyer

Louisiana statues pertaining to entertainment venues have been complied
with and they have been considered as "mod business citizens ".

Dear Brian,
Just wanted to send you a note to thank you for your help planning programs for our
local chapter, both for this year and next. Your offer to host our dinner with the Ms.
Teen USA pageant delegates was very generous. I realize the accommodations the
Rockin' Rodeo would have had to make (extra security, extra staffing, private room,
separate entrance, etc...). It is truly a pleasure to work with a member willing to go
that "extra mile" to ensure the success of our chapter activities.
I would also like to thank you for offering to host both our ServSafe classes and our
BEST classes for the year 2001. It is sometimes difficult finding a member who is able
to provide a place to hold our classes that is both large enough to hold our students
and agreeable to the dates needed. Your offer will help the LRA provide the classes
needed by our Northwest Chapter members to maintain compliance with both the
Department of Health and Hospitals and the Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control.
Once again, thanks so much for your help!
Sincerely,
