Please include the address of the project on the site plan. 2. Please change the submittal date on the site plan to 3/23/01. 3. Please include the scale on the landscape plan. 4. Please show the ownership of the subject parcel and the zoning of all abutting parcels. 5. Please identify opposite and adjacent curb cuts and call out their distances from the proposed driveway. 6. Please adjust the driveway to comply with the maximum allowable driveway width of 36 ft. Larger widths need to be reviewed by the Project Review Committee. 7. Please show the landscape reserve line (24 ft. back from the property line). 8. Please show or describe the nearest fire hydrant. 9. Please include a curb detail with the site plan. 10.On the Landscape Plan Description, please verify that the caliper of the canopy trees will be at least 2.1 inches. 11. Only seven non-canopy trees are listed in the Description, but eight are shown on the plan. Please make the appropriate correction. 12.
