APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
ADDRESSED:
State how the following issues will be addressed:
1. Parking. Public parking is not necessary at this facility, however, a limited number of parking spaces will be provided
for use by utili1y vehicles.
2 Screening of offensive areas (trash, loading areas, transformers, utility connections, detention ponds, etc.). Potentially
offensive areas will be screened using fencing and ve>;etation so they are not -visible from streets or residential areas. A
landscape plan is included with the CUP application The proposed landscape plan provides twice the required minimum
number of points for the proposed use and utilizes native plants adapted to jzrow in this region with a minimum of water and
maintenance.
CUP-GENERAL 2 of 3 03/22/2001
3. Traffic impacts. Utility vehicles will require access to the site for maintenance and operation of the transfer pump
station However, because the number of utility vehicles accessing the site will be limited, traffic impacts to the site are
expected to be minimal.
4. Protection of neighborhoods. The transfer pump and associated facilities will be surrounded by brick walls to mitigate
any noise and aesthetic impacts Additionally, landscaping is proposed to act as a visual buffer between the transfer pump
station facility and surrounding neighborhood.
I verify that all of the information contained in this application is true and correct.
