Project: Bouga Falaya - Preliminary Plat (01 -67)
1. Remove Note #3, it is not applicable.
2. Subdivisions in the ETJ that use the rural street standard must have lots that have a
minimum lot width of 100 feet. Lot width is measured at the front property line. It
appears that Lots 4 & 5 are just short of meeting this requirement.

1. Please correct the curve data to reflect the actual information.
2. Please state on plat, "Preliminary Plat Not for Record" as required in #1 of
requirements.
3. Please state ownership of gas line and whether this is a natural gas line or other.
4. Please show amount of ROW in Green's Prairie Road.
5. Note 1 and Basis of Bearing note state that the bearings are from the deed record.
However, not all bearings match the deed record. Please correct or, if this is a new
survey, state such, remove notes and add (if applicable) on plat:
