SUBJECT: Kock Prairie Crossing Shopping Center -- Site Plan
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned site plan as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information for the plans to be stamped approved:
Three (3) complete sets of civil documents for the proposed development
with the revised site and landscaping plans attached; and,
Five (5) sets of the revised site and landscaping plans.
If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a
letter explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please
call me at 764 -3570.

Rock Prairie Crossing Shopping Center: Retail building "D" shows an enclosure with a pretty tight
approach angle and less than 30 feet of front clearance. I'd like to see the angle reduced to 45 degrees or
less.
Sanitation is OK with all other projects listed.
