Staff is ready to issue a building permit once the following fees in the total amount of $15,859 have been submitted: Parkland Dedication Fees - $ 7,245 ($345 X 21 LU) Water and sewer tap fees in the amount of $2,100 which include: 1 - 6" Sanitary Sewer Tap - $100 1 - 2" Domestic Water Meter - $1,500 1 - 1" Irrigation Water Meter - $500 Temporary electrical pole fees in the amount of $130 (2 X $65) Building permit fees in the amount of $6,384. ($304 X 21 units) All of the fees listed above may be paid at one location with one check for your convenience. If you have any questions about the issuance of the building permit, or any of the fees listed above, please let me know.
