RE: Replat for Stone Forest Subdivision, Phase 1 — College Station, Texas
Dear Ms. George:
The plat for the above mentioned subdivision was inadvertently filed prior to completion
of the infrastructure construction. Attached are 13 copies of the Replat for Phase 1. The
replat is required to add additional utility easements at the request of the City Electrical
Department. We request that the fee for this replat be waived.

Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information by Monday, March 26, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next
available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for April 5, 2001, 7:00 p.m. in
the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.

Dear Ms. George:
Attached are 10 copies of the "Vacating and Final Plat" for Phase 1 and the Mylar original.
We changed the plat from a "Replat" to a "Vacating and Final Plat." The revisions made
involved adding additional utility easements at the request of the City Electrical
Department, as well as a note stating that no lot lines or lot dimensions have changed from
the original plat.

Item: Discussion and possible action on a FINAL PLAT for STONE FOREST SUBD
PH 1- RESUBMITTAL (FP), consisting of 24.38 acres off Greens Prairie Road. (1-
500064)
Applicant: TEXCON
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval as submitted.
Item Summary: This submittal is intended to vacate the previous plat has been in
order to add several public utility easements to the subdivision. No lot lines or
dimensions have changed from the initial plat.
This property was the Texas Centroid Ranch. It was rezoned from C -1 to R -1 B and
then subdivided. Access was required to Lakeway Drive. The Final Plat for Stone
Forest Phase I was earlier approved by the Commission, however the City asked the
Developer to add additional Public Utility Easements (PUE's) in various areas. In order
to accommodate these additions, a vacating and amending plat was resubmitted.
