The subject property is in the City's Extra Territorial Jurisdictional (ETJ) area. As the Commission may remember this development was once previously denied. The Commission was concerned with multiple access points onto Greens Prairie Trail. Commission Action Options: The Commission has final authority over the Final Plat. Options regarding this item are as follows: • Approval as submitted • Approval with recommendations • Denial • Defer action • Table only at applicant's request Supporting Materials: • Location Map • Application • Infrastructure and Facilities • Copy of Preliminary Plat J: IPZTEXTIPZ04587.
