Metes and bounds descriptions of the individual proposed zoning districts is necessary. 2. Is it your intent to leave the parkland /conservation /detention area in its current zoning district? Or, do you intend to rezone them with the adjacent properties? 3. The Planning and Zoning Commission may have some concerns with the commercial zoning proposed for Tract 1A directly adjacent to existing A -O. A buffer area is recommended.
