Project: CROWLEY TRACT - REZONING (1- 500051)
PLANNING
1. Metes and bounds descriptions of the individual proposed zoning districts is
necessary.
2. Is it your intent to leave the parkland /conservation /detention area in its current
zoning district? Or, do you intend to rezone them with the adjacent
properties?
3. The Planning and Zoning Commission may have some concerns with the
commercial zoning proposed for Tract 1A directly adjacent to existing A -O. A
buffer area is recommended.

1. Need to show location and label public and private easements bounding and
intersecting subject land.
2. Metes and Bounds Description of Parent Tract is ok.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of
College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your
plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City,
will constitute a completely new review.
