The following comments do not constitute a complete review. PLANNING 1. Need to show zoning of subject property as "PDD -B ", also need to show zoning of abutting properties. 2. Need to show R.O.W. width of University Drive. 3. Need to show nearest fire hydrant location to subject property 4. Need to provide streetscape screening "shrubs" on the eastside of property between parking spaces and Macarthur Street. 5. The PDD that was permitted included trees on the rear property line. 6. My only concern is the listing of a "slab for residential waste container" located on the northwest side of the structure. It's perfectly acceptable as a storage area, but the truck would not be able to collect from that location ... ie, the container would need to be rolled out to the right of way on MacArthur. I just want to clarify that in order to avoid any future conflicts.
