. While it is true that there is no FEMA established 100 -yr floodplain on this property,
there is a 100 -yr floodplain subsequent to development of Sweetwater Forest and a
100 -yr rainfall event. Please show and label the calculated, post - development, 100 -
yr loodplain on the final plat as required. Please include all affected areas. This
is regulated by the City Drainage Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations.
