The City electrical department has requested the 10' P.U.E. on Lot 45, Block 6, be changed to a 15' P.U.E. I have highlighted this change on the plat. Please let me know if this change can be done by providing a new mylar or whether a new application needs to be submitted for approval. Sheet 2 of 2 had no changes so the previous submitted mylar can be used. The City electrical department has requested the 10' P.U.E. on Lot 45, Block 6, be changed to a 15' P.U.E. MEMORANDUM August 28, 2001 TO: Planning and Zoning Commission FROM: Spencer Thompson, DevServ, Eng. (sthompson @ci.college- station.tx.us) SUBJECT: Stone Forest Phase 2- FP (01- 00500033) Item: Discussion and possible action on a Final Plat for Stone Forest Phase 2, consisting of 35 R -1 lots on 10.76 acres. (01 -33) Applicant: Joseph Schultz, P.E., TEXCON, Johnson Investments, Inc. Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval as submitted. Item Summary: The Final Plat for Stone Forest Phase 2 was approved by the Commission on 4/5/01. Since then, the City has asked the Developer to add a 15 -ft Public Utility Easement on Lot 45, Block 6. This could have been accomplished through an "easement by separate instrument ". However, it is the opinion of Staff that it is better for all pertinent information to be recorded on the plat. All public easements on plats must be approved by the Commission.
