Attached is a copy of Sheet 1 of 2 of the Final Plat for Stone Forest Subdivision, Phase 2.
The City electrical department has requested the 10' P.U.E. on Lot 45, Block 6, be
changed to a 15' P.U.E. I have highlighted this change on the plat. Please let me know if
this change can be done by providing a new mylar or whether a new application needs to
be submitted for approval.

Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information by Monday, February 19, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next
available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for March 1, 6:30 p.m. in the
City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.

Attached are 10 copies of the revised final plat and the original mylar Sheet 1 of 2 of the
Final Plat for Stone Forest Subdivision, Phase 2. Sheet 2 of 2 had no changes so the
previous submitted mylar can be used. The City electrical department has requested the
10' P.U.E. on Lot 45, Block 6, be changed to a 15' P.U.E. I have highlighted this change

SUBJECT: Stone Forest Phase 2- FP (01- 00500033)
Item: Discussion and possible action on a Final Plat for Stone Forest Phase 2,
consisting of 35 R -1 lots on 10.76 acres. (01 -33)
Applicant: Joseph Schultz, P.E., TEXCON, Johnson Investments, Inc.
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval as submitted.
Item Summary: The Final Plat for Stone Forest Phase 2 was approved by the
Commission on 4/5/01. Since then, the City has asked the Developer to add a 15 -ft
Public Utility Easement on Lot 45, Block 6. This could have been accomplished
through an "easement by separate instrument ". However, it is the opinion of Staff that it
is better for all pertinent information to be recorded on the plat. All public easements on
plats must be approved by the Commission. No lot lines have changed from the
original Plat.
