PLANNING
1. It appears you will need a P.I.P. for any proposed private improvements (i.e.
landscaping) in the 10' of ROW along Agate Drive. The P.I.P. will assign the burden
of maintenance to the owner of the improvements and away from the City.

must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on
these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.

1. Developer responsible for the installation of conduit and streetlight per city design
and requirements.
2. Coordinate necessary easement to cover all electrical infrastructure as installed on
site.

Electric pull boxes and switchgear
Streetlight services between lots
