Because only interior lot lines are changing and no recorded covenants or restrictions are being removed this should be an Amending Plat. Please correct the title and elsewhere, as appropriate, to reflect an `Amending Plat'. 2. Because the building setback lines are dictated by the current zoning ordinance and not by the platting process it is not necessary to show them. Please remove the building setback lines. 3. Correct spelling of villas, under the Certificate of Ownership and Dedication. 4.
