Project: CHIMNEY HILL VILLAS (FP) -FINAL PLAT (1- 500028)
ENGINEERING
1. Because only interior lot lines are changing and no recorded covenants or
restrictions are being removed this should be an Amending Plat. Please
correct the title and elsewhere, as appropriate, to reflect an `Amending Plat'.
2. Because the building setback lines are dictated by the current zoning
ordinance and not by the platting process it is not necessary to show them.
Please remove the building setback lines.
3. Correct spelling of villas, under the Certificate of Ownership and Dedication.
4. We will be requesting the corrected Final Plat to be submitted in digital form
prior to filing the plat at the Courthouse.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. Please note that all trash collections will be conducted on Chimney Hill Drive,
which is at the front of each lot. We are not allowed to collect in the private
access alley.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the
City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and
"bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not
been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
