1. Developer / Owner is responsible for:
All conduit per city spec and design
30 ft. of rigid conduit per riser pole (install first 10' - city will install
remainder).
Concrete transformer pads per city specs.
2. Developer / owner needs to provide:
Electric load data (transformer deliver is 26 weeks)
Auto -cad version of site plan (auto -cad version 14)
e -mail to tmichals(�Dci .college - station.tx.us
3. We need to pick transformer location to possible provide service to complete
site.
It would be to the customer benefit to only have on electric meter if possible.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker or
Reduced Pressure Principle Back Flow Device and installed as per City Ordinance
2394.
2. Back Flow devises must be tested upon installation as per City Ordinance 2394.

College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your
plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City,
