Dear Mr. Hill:
Neighborhood Gateway Grant Program: Wolf Pen Creek Homeowners Association
Thank you for your continuing advice on our application, originally submitted on 28
December 2000. The Annual Meeting on 20 January 2001 considered the comments
offered by the City review process, and approved the submittal of this REVISED
REQUEST. It would be my understanding that the irrigation portion is already covered
by the stamped drawing submitted earlier this month. No additional irrigation is
proposed in this submittal.
The drawing indicates that no new work is being proposed in the areas designated as
sight line areas, as required by the Staff Review No 1 (PIP) (01), 12 January 2001.
As previously noted the sprinkler system is already in place along the fence line adjacent
to 1501 Wolf Run, and Prince Irrigation has submitted a stamped drawing and paid the
permit fee.
We have decided to remove two (2) Arizona Ash trees that are within the field of vision
on the south entrance to Wolf Run, and one (1) additional Arizona Ash to the north of the
entry to the private parking area. Each of these trees is past maturity.
The drawings indicate the substitution of a Red Oak for the Live Oak south of the entry
to the private parking area, and the planting of one (1) new Red Oak, and six (6) new
Crape Myrtles.
Your early review of the revised proposal will be appreciated. A check for $12.50 is
enclosed to cover the permit fee. Note that the amount of the grant request is now
$4,077.00, since the scope of work has increased.
Sincerely,
P .."ee Cam/ ' hp-;M
