We will not be able to process the plat until the following issues are resolved: _ The entire parent tract must be included in the preliminary plat. This project has not had a predevelopment meeting and properties such as this must master plan and/or preliminary plat the entire parent tract from which they were divided. All owners within the preliminary plat must be signatories to the application. This may be accomplished by adding an additional signature sheet to the standard plat application that includes name, mailing address, phone number, fax number and signature for each individual property owner. _ There are many items required on the preliminary plat checklist that are not reflected on the preliminary plat. You have the option of submitting a master development plan for the property that does not require as much information as a preliminary plat. However, once a master development plan has been approved, you will be responsible for submitting a preliminary plat prior to final plat. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 764 -3570. cc: Martin L.
