Box 9960 College Station, TX 77842 Re: Westfield Phase 3 Preliminary Plat Dear Spencer; I am re-submitting the preliminary plat of Westfield phase 3 with revisions as recommended by the planning staff. I am including an agreement to enter into dedication on the final plat, signed by all the property owners adjoining the proposed extension of Victoria Drive. This should answer the question about a temporary easement at Graham and Victoria. I have removed any reference to a park. We will address any additional park needs on the master plat of the rest of Westfield.. The width of the proposed Victoria extension has been changed to 48' I redefined the floodplain as calculated by Morrison Hydrology Engineering and show a small area of proposed fill. Please include this plat on the February 15`h agenda of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Thanks; David R. Mayo, P.E., RPLS President
