(0-233) Applicant: MARIOTT, LARRY Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the replat as submitted. Item Summary: This property was replatted into the present configuration on September 9, 1990. This replat divides the existing 1.22 acre Lot 2R into 0.616 acre Lot 2R-1 and 0.606 acre Lot 2R-2. The property is currently zoned C-1 which is compatible with the Comprehensive Plan. Adequate city water. waste water and drainage infrastructure exists adjacent to the property and will be extended to serve both lots. Access off of Brothers Boulevard will be into Lot 2R- 2 with a cross access easement provided to Lot 2R-1. A detention pond will be constructed at the southeast corner of lot 2R-1 to serve both lots. Commission Action options: The Commission has final authority over this replat. The actions regarding the replat are to approve as submitted or to deny.
