SUBJECT: Steeplechase Subdivision, Phase Thme - Tinal Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information by Friday, December 22, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next
available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for January 4, 2001, 7:00 p.m.
in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.

SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT for STEEPLECHASE PH 3 "REPLAT" (FP)
Item: Consideration of a FINAL PLAT( REPLAT) for STEEPLECHASE PH 3,
LOTS 4,5 & 6 (FP), consisting of 0.6636 acres (0-222)
Applicant: DUNCUM, JOHN
Item Summary: The replat is submitted to remove 0.15 acres off the southwest
sides of lots 4,5&6 of STEEPLECHASE SUBDIVISION PHASE 3. This area is
being incorporated in Steeplechase Subdivision Phase 7. The applicant has
submitted a revised final plat that meets all technical requirements and is in
agreement with the preliminary plat for Steeplechase Phase 7 approved by the
Planning and Zoning Commission on November 16,2000.
Staff recommends approval.
