structure in any zoning district other than R -1, R -1 A, or R -2 must be within 300 feet of a fire

locations, utility pads, etc.) Curb details may be found in the Zoning Ordinance Section 9 and

made for areas designated as "reserved for future parking ".

Attached are 2 copies of the revised Site Plan and 2 copies of the civil construction
drawings. The entire proposed infrastructure for this project is private, except for the 6"
and 8" waterlines, which are public facilities. Also attached are 2 copies each of the
Drainage Report, the Fire Flow Analysis Report, the Sanitary Sewer Design Report, and
an Engineer's Cost Estimate for the public waterline construction. The Landscaping Plan
will be submitted separately. We have included a summary of our responses to the Staff
Review Comments No. 1, dated January 18, 2002.

revised to show the additional spaces are available.
