The landscape calculation should be calculated from total site area, please show site area calculation. 2. Please turn in a 24 X 36 site plan to scale of the subject property showing existing buildings, parking, etc. this includes existing and proposed landscaping. 3. Please show existing and proposed TxDOT R.O.W. 4. The streetscape will be taken in consideration during this review depending on where the proposed R.O.W. fall's compared to the existing R.O.W. Please keep this in mind while designing your landscape /streetscape layout. At the very minimum we will require screening of the parking spaces from the R.O.W. 5. You are showing barricaded point calculations for your existing trees, please be aware that if you disturb the earth within the drip line (1 ft. per caliper inch) of the tree " this includes plantings of any kind" you cannot count the trees as protected. 6. Please be aware that all plantings must be irrigated. Reviewed by: Jennifer Reeves Date: 01/02/02 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review. Page 2 of 2
