The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal. Please submit the following information so this application can be forwarded for review: The requested adjustment just states "green space." Update the application by providing the specific ordinance requirement that is requested to be adjusted; Complete the application by responding to all four application questions on page 2 of the application; and The application lists four separate addresses. If an adjustment is requested on each of the properties, submit an Administrative Adjustment application for each property. Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, March 16, 2015, it will expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the administrative adjustment request process.
