1. No work of any kind may start until a permit is issued.
2. The permit may be revoked if any false statements are made herein.
3. If revoked, all work must cease until permit is re-issued. ·
4. Development shall not be used or occupied until a Certificate of Occupancy is issued. ·
5. The permit will expire if no significant work is progressing within 24'11 h$ of issuance.

Storm drainage system , plan with contours, s•et profile, inlets, storm sewer and
drainage channels, with :profiles and sections. l>rainage and runoff areas, and runoff
based on 5, 10, 25, 50 :and 100 year rain intensify. Detailed drainage structure design ,
channel lining design & 'detention if used. One sheet must show the overall drainage
