Fire lanes with a minimum of 20 feet in width with a minimum height clearance of 14 feet must be established if any portion of the proposed structure is more than 150 feet from the curb line or pavement edge of a public street or highway. The proposed parking spaces are only 17 .5', measured from the property line. Parking spaces are required to be 20' in depth or 18' when abutting a 6' sidewalk. The existing alley is serving as the maneuvering space required for off-street parking. Additionally, wheel stops are not allowed when 18' parking spaces are proposed. The wheel stop can be removed if the handicap ramp is 6' in width. / The parking spaces have been updated to 20' in depth. d.. The ADA sign will need to be relocated based on the previous comment. / The ADA sign was relocated with the new parking alignment. /3. The existing alley is serving as the maneuvering space required for off-street parking. Additionally, wheel stops are not allowed when 18' parking spaces are proposed. The wheel stop can be removed if the handicap ramp is 6' in width. 2. The ADA sign will need to be relocated based on the previous comment. 3. To accommodate the necessary adjustment mentioned above, keep in mind that swimming pools are allowed in building setbacks. 4. Please relocate or reorient the bike rack.
