~ A list of building materials for all facades and screening.
~ Color samples for all buildings or list colors to be used from the approved color palette.
~ The attached Non-Residential Architectural Standards Building Review checklist with all items checked off

Carol,
Andrew Hawkins and his client submitted for a building permit back on Feb. 6, 2014 (bp#14-385) for the Interior
Renovation of a new night bar on the second floor of the existing building. The first floor is 113 College Main (an existing
restaurant) and the second floor is 115 Co llege Main (former Drew Gibson Law Office).
The second floor renovation permit was to convert the law office into a new night club.
Some of the bu ilding code issues they need to resolve are:
• Provide two means of egress sta irway,
• Provide fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems,
• Provide new men's and women's accessible restrooms,
• Structural plans sealed by engineer for reinforcing the floor framing system to handle the extra live-loads and
dead-loads of the proposed night club,
• etc .......
They have not addressed most of my plan review comments and I haven't heard from Mr. Hawkins or his client in a very
long time.
Morgan Hester, Sam Weida, and I had some issues about their proposed outdoor rear exit stairway meeting code &
UDO, and clearances from the existing transformer.

I have no idea what the name for it is, but it was located at 113 College Main. Actually, I don't think they ever submitted
a site plan; I think it was only PAC meetings. (We had at least one PAC and another un officia l PAC for it.) FYI. .. Morgan
was the planner, and Andrew Hawkins was the architect.

There was a bar at the southwest corner of Patricia and College Main that had come in with a site plan a while back.
