CERTIFICATIONS RE UIRED FOR ALL DEVELOPMENT
Owner Certification:
1. No work of any kind may start until a permit is issued.
2. The permit may be revoked if any false state ents are made herein.
3. If revoked, all work must cease until permit is re-issued.
4. Development shall not be used or occupied u til a Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
5. The permit will expire if no significant work is rogressing within 24 months of issuance.
6. Other permits may be required to fulfill local, tate. and federal requirements. Owner will obtain or show
compliance with all necessary State and Fed ral Permits prior to construction including NOi and SWPPP.
7. If required, Elevation Certificates will be provi ed with elevations certified during construction (forms at slab pre-
pour) and post construction.
8. Owner hereby gives consent to City represe tatives to make reasonable inspections required to verify
compliance.
9. If, stormwater mitigation is required, includin detention ponds proposed as part of this project, it shall be
designed and constructed first in the const ction sequence of the project.
10. In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code Ordinances of the City of College Station, measures shall be taken
to insure that all debris from construction, er sion, and sedimentation shall not be deposited in city streets, or
existing drainage facilities. All development all be in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted to
and approved by the City Engineer for the a ove named project. All of the applicable codes and ordinances of the
City of College Station shall apply.

Fire Protection
[Xi Show fire lanes. Fire lanes with a minimum o 20 feet in width with a minimum height clearance of 14 feet must be
established if any portion of the proposed str cture is more than 150 feet from the curb line or pavement edge of a
public street or highway.

project, and shall be in a location approved b the City Engineer. Any structure in any zoning district other than R-1 ,
R-1A, or R-2 must be within 300 feet of a fire ydrant as measured along a public street, highway or designated fire

NOTE: Fire hydrants must be operable and acce ted by the City, and drives must have an all weather surface before a
building permit can be issued.
