The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, February 16, 2009 , 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 5, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat; Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat; Parkland Dedication in the amount of $2,021.00 must be submitted prior to the filing of the final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat (required after P&Z approval); and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette ore-mail to: P&DS Digital Submittal(a~cstx.gov. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting. http://www. cstx.gov/home/index. asp?page=2481 Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after P&Z approval and prior to the filing of the plat. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review. 2 of 4 STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1 Project: 501 KERRY (FP-REPEAT) - 09-00500021 PLANNING 1) Please remove all building setback lines from the plat before filing. 2) Please remove survey information from plat (i.e. topography, structures) 3) The following certifications are worded incorrectly, please refer to Section 8.4 of the Unified Development Ordinance for the preferred wording: a) Certificate of Ownership and Dedication b) Certificate of City Engineer c) Approval of Planning and Zoning Commission d) Certificate of County Clerk 4) Replats do not need an Approval of City Council certification; it can be removed from the plat. 5) Please change the title block to read FINAL PLAT of the XXX Subdivision Lots XR-XR, Block X Being a Replat of XXX Subdivision Lots X-X, Block X 6) 7) Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Please provide asphalt width on Kerry St., Angus St., and the alley as was provided for Welsh. Our records indicate that there is an existing waterline along the property line Kerry St. Please verify that the waterline is not running within the property lines. 5.
