Dear Mr. Scarmardo:
As you may recall I mailed you a letter and invoice dated November 4, 2002 for
parkland dedication fees owed for the Henton-Lincoln Subdivision final plat. In
that letter I told you that I would be happy to arrange for you to make payments
until the full amount was paid in full. Deb Miller with your company called and
we worked out a plan. As of this date we have only received one payment of
$2,000.00 on December 4, 2002. Please remit the amount due $8,332.00 or a
payment. Failure to do so will stop any future development applications from
being processed.

The final plat for the Henton Subdivision was approved by the Planning and
Zoning Commission on November 16, 2000. It was filed at the Brazos County
Clerks office on March 20, 2001. Our records indicate that the parkland
dedication fees have not been paid and should have been collected prior to the
filing of the final plat. The amount due is $10,332.
If your records indicate that the parkland fees have been paid please provide me
with a copy of your receipt so we can verify your payment and update our
records. Otherwise, please remit the amount due at your earliest convenience or
contact me to let me know when you anticipate submitting the fees.
