Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. As usual, staff had no
comments or changes to the plat as submitted. Please submit the following information
by Tuesday, July 6, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning
and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 15, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. in
the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the final plat;
The mylar original of the revised final plat; and,
A mylar reproducible of the Master Development Plan showing the
revised phasing for our records.

Dear Veronica:
The "Storm Drainage Analysis for EDELWEISS ESTATES PHASES ONE THROUGH SIX" dated
October 1996 and revised January 8, May 28, and October 9, 1997 and May 27, 1998 is appropriate for
Edelweiss Estates Phase 7-B.
The most recent revision dated May 27, 1998 included the current street layout, inlet design and
storm drain sizes utilized in the construction drawings for Phase 7-B.
A complete report will be submitted at the time that all phases of Edelweiss Estates south of Rock
Prairie Road have been designed.
