SUBJECT: Edelweiss Business Center ~ Final Plat
~~g~Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following is a list of items
~ ~ that need to be addressed:
/ Remove note #5 regarding zoning from plat;
,~/ Provide cost estimates for water and sewer line extensions; and,
,,/ ~R (5 ak Modify the landscape buffer to read 25' as shown on the preliminary plat,
~N~- instead of the 15' shown.
Please address the above-mentioned items and submit the following information by Monday,
May 24, 1999 to be placed on the next available Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat.
The next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June
3, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue South. If you

finalize any sub-contracts and to affirm their warranty on the work. This
