'J'he purpose of our letter is to request that the followinb• listed improvements be approved
and accepted as being constructed under city inspection and completed according to plans
and specifications as approved and required by the City of College Station, Texas. Tliis
approval and acceptance by the City is requested in order that we may finalize any sub-
contracts and to affirm their warranty on the worlt. This approval and acceptance by the
City of the improvements listed below does hereby void the letter of guarantee for the
listed improvements on the above reference project.
The one year warranty is horby affirmed and agreed to by Begonia Corporation and
by their sub-contractors as indicated by signatures below.

The infrastructure items were signed off yesteday. Although we do not specii'ically inspect
non-infrastructure items Vern will probably know if the detention pond has been constructed.

I am needing to see if the water, sewer, streets, sidewalks have been accepted by the city. I also need to
know if the detention pond has been constructed. The detention pond is to be owned and maintained
by the HOA.
