Ball Subdivision Final Plat On Friday, March 5, 1999, Jane Kee, Scott Hester and Ed Hard had a conference call with Greg Taggart to discuss the right turn lane construction plans turned in on Thursday, March 4, 1999. The plans submitted were unacceptable; however, the following comments were given to be addressed: The radius on the right turn onto the frontage road needs to be 40' - 50'. The signal vaults and poles and the GTE vault have to be relocated at the developer's expense. They can set up a meeting with us to determine if it's possible to go to Council and see if oversize participation is an option. They need to start the taper east of Longmire, but not to include Longmire, and must be 125' in length. The completion of the taper will take place before the existing First National Bank driveway. lane width of the right turn lane will be 15' from lane edge to face of curb. ~ ~ /~~ ,7 ICiata'lie Thomas Ruiz Development Coordinator March 4, 1999
