Box 99b0 College Station, Texas 77842 Re: Alexandria Subdivision, Phase 1 Dear Natalie: Ed and Nancy Froehling are neazing completion of the infrastructure in Alexandria Subdivision, Phase 1. They would like to post a Letter of Credit for the remaining items of work so that the plat can be filed and building permits issued. 1 have met with Vern Wright and Bob Mosley to develop the accompanying punch list and cost estimate. They have both agreed with the figures shown. The Froehlings are preparing the Letter of Credit for $24,200 as their guarantee for the remaining work in Alexandria, Phase 1. They will be bringing it to you soon. If you have any questions regarding this estimate or need additional information, please contact me at your convenience. Thank you. Sincerely, /~ G Kent Laza, P.E.
