By the attached letter of completion for the Marsh-Reeves development, we have
accepted the following improvements to the City of College Station infrastructure.
Sanitary Sewer:
6 inch PVC sanitary sewer main 763 linear feet
8 inch PVC sanitary sewer main 14371inear feet
12 inch PVC sanitary sewer main 348 linear feet
4 foot diameter manholes 8 each
Based upon our previous meeting, Development Services has begun providing us
engineering estimates with the private development plans. This will allow us to identify
the cost of the infrastructure in the future. We do not have the engineering estimates for
this project. This memo provides a record of the infrastructure acceptance, however, the
engineering cost estimates for this infrastructure will be required from Development
Services.

Dear Sir:
The purpose of our letter is to request that the following listed improvements be approved
and accepted as being constructed under city inspection and completed according to plans
and specifications as approved and required by the City of College Station, Texas. This
approval and acceptance by the City is requested in order that we may finalize any sub-
contracts and to affirm their warranty on the work. This approval and acceptance by the
City of the improvements listed below does hereby void the letter of guarantee for the
listed improvements on the above referenced project.
The one-year warranty is hereby affirmed and agreed to by Marsh-Reeves, et al
and by their sub-contractors as indicated by signatures below.

Commission Certificate.
(2) Provide paid tax certificates.

(5) Show the access easements along State Highway 6 and Greens Prairie Road as
shown on the preliminary plat.
(6) The off-site public utility easement must be dedicated and filed for record prior to
filing the final plat for record.
~7) According to the City's Thoroughfare Plan, Greens Prairie Road is a major arterial
and must have a 120' right-of--way width. Show the additional right-of--way
dedication.

From what I remember, the off-site sanitary sewer line has not been guaranteed or built. This should be
the main reason we're holding it for filing.
