Re: Greensworld Phase 3 Final Plat--Staff Review comments Item 1 under Planning:
We will be obtaining anew Tax Certificate for Property R88810. Property R84671
is property in the Bryan Independent School District which by school district delineation
means that this property is on the East side of Carter Creek. These 2 lots will lie on the
West side of Carter Creek in the College Station School District, therefore property
4R84671 should not have been included in the Tax Certificates submitted for these lots.
