STOP REVIEW - ALL ITEMS ON THE SITE PLAN CHECKLIST NEED TO BE ADDRESSED ON THE SITE PLAN. If an item is not applicable, explain why. Landscaping: 2. Separation requirement - Canopy trees must be planted at a minimum of 20' from other canopy trees. The ordinance makes an exception to this stating: "Live Oaks must be planted at a minimum of 35' from other Live Oaks." Section 11.2, G. Some of the trees do not meet this requirement. 3. Live Oaks must be planted a minimum of 30' behind the street curb (Section 11.3, F). Five (5) live oaks along Holleman do not meet this requirement. This is the only type of canopy tree specified in this requirement (due to the Live Oak's large root systems); the applicant may wish to choose a different type of canopy tree. Reviewed by: Shauna A. Provide a floodplain note on the site plan, this needs to be in addition to the note found in the civil plans. I was unable to locate the easements on the civil plans. Indicate rear setback line.
