PLANNING 1. The driveway width is 30' -0 ". The driveway width at the R.O.W. is 40' -0 ". This is because the driveway is not perpendicular to the street. The 40' -0" width also includes the curve of the driveway openings Please advise if this needs to be 4. Drawing Al shows the correct parking, building, and grading layout. Drawing Cl is submitted for the detention pond only. The pond did not change size even though the square footage of the building and the concrete surfaces has been reduced. revised. 2.
