Box 9960 College Station, TX 77842 RE: Great Oaks Subdivision, Phase One Dear Ted: In addition to the notations and questions that you described in your review comments dated August 21, 2000, we have made material changes to the drainage structure at Station 22+91.82 and a1124" and 30" diameter pipe culverts in accordance with County standards. In lieu of the dual 6'X5' concrete box culvert at Station 22+92.82, we are proposing a 14 gauge dual 78" aluminized steel pipe culvert with reinforced concrete headwalls (see sheets 10 & S2). The bituminous coating previously proposed for the 24" and 30" diameter culverts has been eliminated. Attached please find one (1) copy of the revised construction plans for the Great Oaks Subdivision, Phase One project. Also attached please find your red-lined set of plans. Please check the revised set against your red-lined set to make sure all revisions are - ` ~ %~ completed. When you have completed your review, I would like to have both of the original sets ~ ~ of construction plans returned to me so that there will be no confusion with two different sets of ~ , plans on file. Should you have any questions, please advise. Please call when I can pick up the two sets of plans that are no longer applicable. Very truly yours, G `~C~~- 'chael McC ure, P.E., R.P.L.S.
