On a final plat, information that can change easily is to be kept at a minimum. For this reason, please remove the owners' names from the tracts of land. 2. If the 50' building line shown on the plat is a deed restriction, please make a note to this effect. If it is not a deed restriction, please remove it from the plat. 3. The bound on the rear property line of Lot 5 Block 1 (W~262.14') is not the same as on the Master Development Plan and Preliminary Plat (W~278.03'). The City of College Station's ETJ line is not accurately depicted on the Final Plat.
