NOTE: This review has been stopped. The limit of the City of College
Station's review is unclear. Please resubmit the Master Development Plan
showing the boundary of the College Station ETJ.
Because this is a stop review, a full review will be made on the next submittal.
The following is a partial list of items that will need to be addressed:
1. The plan needs to state "MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN -NOT FOR
RECORD".
2. Please include the symbol for the proposed waterline in the legend.

1. The plan needs to state "MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN -NOT FOR
RECORD".
2. Show the boundary of the College Station ETJ.
3. Indicate the owner of the 3.38-acre tract NE of the subject subdivision.
4. Please include the symbol for the proposed waterline in the legend.
NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the
City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and
"bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not
been pointed out to the City will constitute a completely new review.
