We have received a conceptual plan of the future subdivison in the Crowley tract
West of Hwy 6 and south of Greens Prairie Rd. This tract first phase will have approx.
757 lots on it.The developer,Wallace Phillips is planning 2 areas of parkland with over 8
acres in them. The plans were shown to the Parks Board on June 13,2000 and were
approved by a 5-0 vote (Conceptual plans only) The developer is planning on paying for
the constriction of the park for approx,$350,000.
Enclosed you will find a checklist with all the pertinent information about the parkland
the developer is proposing to give to the city.
