This tract first phase will have approx. 757 lots on it.The developer,Wallace Phillips is planning 2 areas of parkland with over 8 acres in them. The plans were shown to the Parks Board on June 13,2000 and were approved by a 5-0 vote (Conceptual plans only) The developer is planning on paying for the constriction of the park for approx,$350,000.
