As this is not a minor plat, please remove the certification of the City Planner and add the certification of the Planning and Zoning Commission. NOTE: Minor plats involve four or fewer lots fronting on an existing street and do not require the creation of any new street or the extension of municipal facilities. 2. So the subdivision will in the future be in compliance with the College Station Driveway Ordinance, please either: a) include an access easement large enough for an access aisle running across the front of all lots or b) create an access easement that is at maximum width for a driveway and maximum throat length depth along every other shared property line. NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans.
