Project: SAM'S CLUB FUELING STATION (SP) (0-103)
NOTE: Review has been stopped by Building Inspections. This list of
comments may not be complete, but is being sent to the architect as a
courtesy before the new plans are submitted.
1. Please indicate the ownership and current zoning of parcel and abutting
parcels on site plan.
2. Show all easements-existing and proposed.
3. Please indicate the 100 year floodplain and floodway on or adjacent to the
proposed site, or note that there is none on the site.
4. Show building setbacks on the site plan.
5. The parking islands need to be a minimum of 180 ft.2, curbed, and
landscaped or finished with enhanced paving.
6. Medians also need to be raised and curbed.
7. Please show site for solid waste containers and how it will be screened from
the ROW.
8. Please note size of utilities and distinguish between existing and proposed.
9. Show proposed and existing fire hydrants.
10. Please include note on landscaping plan that irrigation will be permitted prior
to C.O.
11. NOTE: Signs are to be permitted separately.

2. Reference the FEMA map from which you got the floodplain and floodway
information.
3. Show the building setback line.
4. The electrical meter on the kiosk needs to be in an easement.
5. The curb detail on sheet C3 needs to be the City of College Station
standards.
NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the
City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and
"bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not
been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.

6. Please include in the Construction Notes a section on stormwater
pollution prevention. Include methods to deter sediment transfer from
excavation to the surroundings. Best Management Practices should
pertain to stockpiled soils and stormwater inlets.

"bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not

4. All parking rows are required by the City's Zoning Ordinance to have end
islands. Where the ATM was removed from the plan, please replace the
minimum 180 ft.z end island (third set of rows back from the plan's north
side).
5. The electrical meter on the kiosk needs to be in an easement.
6. The curb detail on sheet C3 needs to be the City of College Station
standards.
7. Please include in the Construction Notes a section on stormwater
