(Nanette suggested the applicant call the 911 office to submit proposed names for future subdivisions to verify that there aren't any too similar sounding names, etc.) 5) They have a proposed Schaeffer Road. That will be ok assuming that the existing Schaeffer Road is abandoned prior to the construction of the new Schaeffer Road. 6) There is a 40' r.o.w. between blocks 16 & 17 that is not labeled. It will need to be labeled to show what the intent will be for that area. 7) There is a un-labeled road that is between blocks 15 & 18 that could be a street or a greenbelt. Told him we look to make sure phases can support infrastructure and that big infrastr. items aren't left for final phases that cannot support them. Told him we'd be ameneable to seeing the collectors being phased with the development but wouldn't commit to where those phases should be. He's anticipating that Hartzel's engineer will use the creek as a phase line. So, I didn't commit to anything but told him we would consider phases (as we always do) and that approval comes with the MPP.
